The Singing Machine prides itself in creating JOY through music via our Karaoke Machine Products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return or replace your product. You may return your purchase for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 15 days of your original purchase date on our site. The product must be in new condition and with all original parts. Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be reflected in your original method of payment.

For replacement you may return your Singing Machine branded product within the standard 90-day manufacturer’s warranty. The 90 days warranty begins from the date of purchase and is valid/acceptable for the original purchaser. The warranty for each model can be found under your product’s user manual as well as in the website’s Terms and Conditions.

EXTENDED WARRANTY AND SERVICE INFORMATION

Une machine à chanter garantie prolongée extends your Singing Machine 90 day warranty for up to three (3) years and provides for a one time replacement of your Singing Machine product if it fails to perform to factory specifications. Replacement products may be new or refurbished products that perform to factory specifications of the original product. If a like kind product is unavailable, you may receive the original value of the product (not including taxes, shipping or handling) in a check, gift card, or voucher. You may be required to ship the product to a designated facility for inspection. Note: Unintentional or accidental damage to the product that results from normal customary use and handling of the product such as drops and liquid spills that render the product inoperable is NOT covered.
