This limited warranty is provided by Singing Machine, a division of Stingray Music USA Inc. (“Company”). The Company warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase.
This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners for the remainder of the original warranty period. Proof of the machine’s original purchase is required to obtain warranty service; no additional proof of ownership is required.
This warranty applies only to products purchased from Company or an authorized Company distributor.
If a product is determined to have a defect covered by this warranty during the warranty period, the Company will, at its option, repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished product of the same model, or provide a comparable replacement if the original model is unavailable.
SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY. Any repaired or replacement product will be covered by a new warranty for ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, regardless of the remaining term of the original warranty.
Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not apply to the following:
Damage, Misuse, and Wear
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or voltage, or failure to follow product instructions.
- Damage caused by connection to power and/or data cables not supplied by the Company.
- Damage caused by a repair or modification performed by an unauthorized third party.
- Damage caused by external events including fire, water, lightning, or natural disasters.
- Normal wear and tear.
Cosmetics and Consumables
- Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, nicks, and dents) that does not affect the functionality of the product.
- Consumable parts and accessories, including batteries, carrying cases, and cartons.
Ineligible Products
- Products sold “AS IS,” “FINAL SALE,” floor models, or remanufactured products.
- Products purchased outside of authorized distribution channels.
- Products obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To request warranty service, contact Customer Support through the Singing Machine Support Center available on our website before returning the product. Follow the instructions provided by Customer Support and do not ship or return a product without authorization.
The Company will cover all charges associated with the authorized warranty return process, including shipping costs. Proof of the machine’s original purchase is required.
Regional Availability
This warranty applies only in the following regions:
The United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. For Quebec only, replacement parts for Singing Machine products may be available in whole or in part, depending on the product model. Information regarding available replacement parts, repair services, and maintenance instructions can be obtained through the Singing Machine Support Center.
For customers located outside the regions listed above, you may be required to contact the original retailer, as warranty support options may vary. Please contact us for specific information regarding support in your area.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY WHERE SUCH A LIMITATION IS PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT PERMIT LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Statutory Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights under applicable law. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded. In the United Kingdom, this manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, the consumer’s statutory rights against the retailer or seller.
