I am a Singing Machine customer who has purchased two Singing Machines and subscribes to the app. I was disappointed when my upgrade machine stopped working. I was close to the expiration of my warranty period or just over when it broke. Singing Machine asked me to photo and video the broken machine. I did and sent them in along with my proof of purchase. The contact I had with Singing Machine was polite and responsive. My wife loves to sing and the Singing Machine has had a positive impact on our lives. She sings almost every day to most any song she desires. We are extremely happy with Singing Machine.

Our kids really enjoy this! We had an issue with the model we got and the company made it right! We really appreciated it and will continue to buy karaoke machines from them!

We've had the kids karaoke set for years - I wasn't even sure I could get a replacement for one of the mics that was dropped one too many times, but I was so happy to get 2 exact replacements for a great price! Works perfectly and now the kids can get back to duets - thanks so much!
